Mr. Dong is honorary Chairman of Co-Power Capital Management Co., Ltd., honorary chairman emeritus of Hong Kong Securities Brokerage Association, former president of the Hong Kong Zhongli Stock Co., Ltd., Deputy Chairman of Hong Kong Shanghai Association.  He has over 57 years of experiences in the securities investment industry, more than half century in the investment business profession.  He is a private stock broker for Sir Run Run Shaw, as well as three ship-building tycoons: Pao Yue Kong, Haoyun Dong, and Zhao Congyan, billionaire Chen Tinghua and many other rich and powerful people.

Mr. Han is the founder, and Chairman of Co-Power Venture Investment Co., Ltd. and Co-Power Capital Management Co., Ltd.  Mr. Han graduated from Nanjing Institute of Technology (currently known as Southeast University) with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree.  He worked as senior analyst at China Merchants Bank (SSE: 600036.SS), Merchant Security (will be public soon), Hongkong Yidong International Finance Investment Co. Ltd, before he founded Co-Power Capital Management Co., Ltd. in 1997.  He has sixteen years of experiences in the domestic securities market, and over twelve years in Hong Kong financial market.

Mr. Li is a co-founder and chief executive officer of Co-Power Capital Management Co., Ltd., and a co-founder and executive director of Co-Power Venture Capital Co.,Ltd. He graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. Before he co-founded Co-Power Capital Management Co. Ltd, he was the general manager of Hongkong Yidong International Financial Investment Co. Ltd for about five years. He worked in Merchant Bureau Shekou Industrial District, China Leasing Corporation Shenzhen Branch, and China Baoan Group Co., Ltd.
He has fifteen years of experiences in the domestic securities market, and over eleven years in Hong Kong financial market.

Mr. Li just published his book “Talking about Investing in Layman’s term”, ”Value Investing in Chinese Style ” and he
is honored by “Heros of Private Equity Fund” as one of seven top investors in China.  He is also honored by “Security Market Weekly” as one of most successful “Warren Buffett” type investors in China.
